01Independent tracking

Investbloom is independent of Dime, Apple, exchanges, brokers and the companies you track. It does not access your broker account, execute orders, safeguard money or personally recommend buying, holding or selling. Educational observations and performance statistics do not assess suitability for you.

02Values and performance

Prices, exchange rates, news and corporate actions can be delayed, stale, incomplete or incorrect. Values are estimates, not executable prices or broker balances. Check timestamps, market hours and sources. A last-known figure during refresh belongs to its displayed time.

Portfolio value includes money invested; a rising value is not necessarily an investment gain. Gains depend on recorded trades, fees, available prices and currency conversion. Missing transactions, cash movements, prices or exchange rates can change results. Unrecorded cash and assets elsewhere may not be included.

03Dividends, goals and forecasts

Dividends can be reduced, cancelled or rescheduled. Eligibility depends on the relevant dates, instrument rules and entitled shares. Published distributions multiplied by recorded shares are estimates, not confirmed receipts. Withholding, currency conversion and other taxes can change the amount.

An annual dividend estimate divided by twelve is a monthly average, not a promised payment each month. Record actual receipts separately. Forecasts use assumptions and are not predictions. Goal progress depends on recorded inputs and does not guarantee achievement. Past performance does not assure future results.

04Fees and taxes

Fee calculations cover supported published schedules and recorded membership and quota information. Free commission can still incur regulatory or exchange fees. Broker statements determine actual charges. Unsupported rules must be resolved before treating an estimate as complete. Fund charges depend on applicable fund documents.

Tax features organize information and explain selected Thai rules. They do not determine every filing obligation, calculate every tax, submit returns or represent you before an authority. Residence, income source, receipt and remittance dates, treaties, exemptions and documents matter. Broker withholding alone does not prove that nothing else must be reported or paid. Other countries may also have requirements.

06Prices, currency and chart methods

A chart is a representation of available observations, not a continuous record of every trade on an exchange. Some periods may have no observations. A flat segment, delayed quote or last-known figure does not prove that the market price was unchanged. Market opening indicators use supported calendars and may be affected by holidays, auctions, unscheduled closures and time zones.

Currency conversions use the rate and time available to the service, which can differ from a broker’s execution rate, bank rate or tax-reporting rate. Changing the display currency does not exchange any money. Foreign-currency investments can gain or lose in your home currency even when the instrument price is unchanged.

Fee estimates and recorded buy costs can affect cost basis. A sell transaction, dividend, split, corporate action, transferred holding or omitted cash movement may require additional records. Realized and unrealized gains are different, and a chart of market value is not automatically a cash-flow-adjusted investment return. Inspect the definitions shown with each view.

07Reminders and custom alerts

Notifications are convenience reminders, not a guaranteed monitoring service or an order to trade. A price crossing a threshold may be missed between observations or while the app is closed. Network failures, delayed feeds, battery settings, notification permissions and Focus modes can prevent or postpone delivery.

Scheduled reminders are based on the dates and calendars available when scheduled. Open the app periodically to update future schedules. A goal notification reports a calculated threshold; it does not guarantee that the value can be realized or that an income payment will occur. Do not rely on alerts for urgent, safety-critical or time-sensitive trading decisions.

08Tax guidance and personal circumstances

The tax pages are an organizational aid and general explanation, not an engagement to prepare or file a return. They may not cover every income category, jurisdiction, deduction, treaty, inheritance circumstance or remittance history. A foreign transfer is not classified solely by the bank or transfer service used; evidence of the money’s source and character matters.

A filing threshold is different from tax payable after deductions and allowances. Withholding at a broker or bank does not by itself settle every filing requirement or qualify a foreign-tax credit. Confirm which income was actually received, the relevant tax year, residence and supporting documents with current official guidance or a qualified tax professional.

You remain responsible for reviewing and submitting an accurate return by the applicable deadline. A download from Investbloom is a working record, not a Revenue Department receipt, approval or proof of filing. The service does not communicate with a tax authority on your behalf.

09Verify consequential information

Keep trade confirmations, dividend statements and tax documents and compare them with your entries. Confirm consequential prices, payouts and deadlines with the broker, issuer, exchange or tax authority. Seek qualified advice where decisions depend on personal circumstances. Report suspected calculation or data errors to support.

10Community methodology and official releases

Leaderboard monetary gains use USD for comparability. Gain is ending investment value less opening value and net investment contributions from recorded purchases and sales. Percentage is that gain divided by opening value plus purchases during the period. This is a before-fee return on contributed capital, not a time-weighted, money-weighted, annualized or risk-adjusted return. Cash dividends are excluded. The week is a trailing 7-day period and the month is a trailing 30-day period; all time begins with recorded investing history. Missing, unsupported or insufficient data leaves a portfolio unranked. US stocks and ETFs are currently eligible; private owner access to Thai data is not public leaderboard coverage.

Their published public-domain reuse policies apply to the text we use. We do not reproduce official seals, third-party photography or protected illustrations.
