01Scope and eligibility

These terms govern the Investbloom website, iPhone app and related account services. Your agreement is with the individual identified in “Operator and contact details” within these terms. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement or the required authorization. Use the service only for accounts and records you are entitled to manage.

02The service

Investbloom is a portfolio record-keeping, calculation and planning tool. You record transactions completed elsewhere. It does not execute trades, hold assets or money, act as your broker, manage investments or submit tax returns. Features and supported markets vary by version and coverage.

The features, account eligibility, market coverage and any applicable charge are described where they are offered. A demonstration or example chart is illustrative, not actual performance. Keep independent statements and backups and verify important results. An unavailable feature, source or market is not included merely because it appears in an example.

03Your account and records

Keep control of your email, device and verification codes. Do not share access, impersonate anyone or attempt to access another person’s account. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

You retain ownership of records you supply. You authorize processing needed to provide the service and for purposes described in the privacy notice. You are responsible for permission to supply records and for correcting inaccurate entries. We do not claim ownership of your portfolio.

Keep your app, operating system and browser reasonably up to date. Some features require a supported device and an internet connection. You are responsible for your own equipment, connectivity and network charges. A failure caused solely by an unsupported device or your connection does not establish a failure of Investbloom; mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Export records before account deletion. Removing the device app does not delete a separate cloud account. Corrected or deleted trades can change calculations; review separately entered income and tax records too.

04Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful conduct, falsified records, harassment, malware, unauthorized access, disruption or circumvention of access limits. Do not copy or redistribute licensed market content without permission.

You have a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose under these terms and applicable law. Software, original designs and branding remain with their rights holders. Third-party names, logos, articles and data belong to their owners. Their appearance identifies instruments or sources and does not imply endorsement.

05Subscriptions and payments

This section applies when a paid plan is available and you choose to purchase it. The purchase screen identifies the included features, price, currency, billing period, renewal terms and applicable taxes before you authorize payment. The price shown by the purchase platform for your storefront takes precedence over an illustrative converted price. A yearly plan is billed for the full year upfront unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

An auto-renewing subscription continues for successive billing periods unless cancelled through the platform that bills you. Apple purchases are billed to your Apple Account after confirmation. Apple may charge a renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends; cancel at least 24 hours before that end to avoid the next renewal. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. For an available website subscription, use the billing-management link provided with that purchase or contact support for help locating it.

Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and preserves access through the period already paid for, unless a refund, revocation or applicable purchase rule requires otherwise. Deleting the app or your Investbloom account does not itself cancel a subscription billed by Apple or another payment platform. Cancel through that platform as well. Contact us if you need help; deletion and privacy rights remain subject to applicable law.

Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled through Apple at Request a refund from Apple. For a purchase billed through the website, contact support with the purchase reference and issue. Refund availability, withdrawal rights and remedies depend on applicable law and the purchase platform; these terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or remove mandatory rights.

Payment confirmation in a browser alone does not establish entitlement. Access depends on verification by the purchase platform and the account associated with the purchase. Use Restore Purchases for an eligible Apple purchase linked to your account. Please check your existing plan before buying through another platform to avoid duplicate subscriptions. We do not automatically cancel a separate platform subscription for you.

We disclose any trial, introductory offer, price change or material reduction in paid features as required by law and the purchase platform. A free account, invitation or demonstration does not authorize payment or automatically become paid access. Clearly labelled test prices and sandbox transactions are not live offers or real subscription charges.

07Availability and ending access

We may maintain, correct or change the service and its sources. We cannot promise continuous availability, every notification’s delivery or permanent third-party feeds. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of a material withdrawal and a way to export records.

Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful activity or material breach. We will explain and offer an opportunity to resolve the issue when lawful and safe. You can stop using the service and request deletion. Contact support if you believe a restriction was mistaken.

08Risk and responsibility

Investments can lose value. Estimates, scenarios, news and educational explanations are not promised returns or personal financial, legal or tax advice. Read the investment disclosures and verify consequential information with authoritative records and appropriately qualified advisers.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise every estimate or third-party item is accurate, complete or suitable for your decision. We are not responsible for independent investment decisions merely because information appears in the app. This does not excuse our own legal obligations or wrongdoing.

Nothing excludes or limits a consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or other conduct protected by mandatory law. If a term conflicts with a mandatory legal protection, that protection prevails.

09App licences and third-party services

For an App Store copy, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app licence unless a different licence is expressly provided through the App Store. These terms describe Investbloom’s account and tracking service and do not take away rights that apply under Apple’s terms or mandatory law. Apple’s licence is available at Apple’s Standard App Licence.

The service may link to issuers, exchanges, articles or other external services. They have their own terms, availability and privacy practices. We do not endorse an investment merely by identifying it, displaying its logo or linking to its issuer. You must not remove source notices, resell a data feed or use content beyond the permission provided by the relevant rights holder.

Independent services remain the responsibility of their providers under their applicable terms and law. We do not guarantee their availability or the accuracy of information they supply. Where the law permits, we are not responsible for a failure caused solely by a provider beyond our reasonable control. This does not remove our own duties in selecting, configuring or using a provider, or any non-excludable responsibility.

A subscription to Investbloom pays for the features included in the purchase offer. It does not give you ownership of third-party data, a broker account, investment protection or permission to redistribute licensed content.

10Calculation errors, interruptions and remedies

If a figure appears wrong, preserve the relevant record and contact support with the instrument, date and issue. Compare the entry with your original broker statement before changing or relying on it. We may correct a calculation or source mapping; a correction can change displayed values, historical charts, fees or goal progress.

We will exercise the care required by applicable law. The service is supplied as available without a contractual promise of uninterrupted access, error-free calculations or a particular financial outcome. We do not warrant an estimate as an executable market price, guaranteed dividend or completed tax filing. Mandatory guarantees and binding commitments in an accepted purchase offer remain unaffected.

Where the law permits, we are not liable for remote or unforeseeable losses, or independent market movements and third-party acts we neither caused nor controlled. This wording does not exclude liability for our fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, a breach of a non-excludable duty or rights and remedies that applicable law preserves. Responsibility for an actual loss depends on its cause and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business profit, business opportunity or goodwill. The exclusions in this section are subject to the mandatory-rights and misconduct exceptions above; they do not exclude a remedy that applicable law makes available to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for a loss is reduced proportionately where your inaccurate records, misuse, unauthorized disclosure of access credentials or failure to take reasonable steps to limit an identified loss caused or increased that loss. We remain responsible for our own conduct to the extent required by law.

Nothing requires you to waive statutory cancellation, refund, complaint or court rights, or to accept a change that creates a payment obligation without your authorization. We do not impose a private compulsory arbitration requirement through these terms.

11Electronic agreement and document changes

Before account access under a new version, the service presents the Terms of use, Privacy notice and Investment disclosures for review. The agreement box is not preselected. Choosing Agree and continue expresses agreement to the Terms and acknowledgement of the other notices; it is not an investment order, payment authorization or marketing consent.

We associate your verified account with the document version, a content fingerprint and the server-recorded time of acceptance. A scroll indicator only helps you navigate; it is not proof that you read or understood every clause. You can download or print copies for your records. Material changes are presented for renewed acknowledgement where appropriate.

If you do not agree, do not accept. You may sign out, export your existing records or request account deletion using the account controls. Your access to those choices is not conditioned on accepting the new version. Provisions that need to survive account closure, such as accrued obligations and lawful dispute handling, continue only to the extent permitted by law.

12Disputes and changes

Contact support@investbloom.app with the problem and outcome you seek. Do not send verification codes or broker credentials. We will try to resolve disputes fairly. You retain access to regulators and competent courts.

Thai law governs to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights where you live are not waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues so far as legally possible.

A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. These terms apply together with the expressly incorporated notices and any purchase terms you separately accept. They do not limit a representation or commitment that applicable law makes binding. You may not sell or transfer your account or access rights without our permission.

We display the revision date and give appropriate notice of material changes. New payment obligations require your authorization. These terms, the privacy notice and disclosures describe the service and do not promise unannounced features.

13Community participation

Use the leaderboard respectfully. Do not submit offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive or impersonating nicknames, publish another person’s private information, or fabricate trades to manipulate a ranking. We may reject or remove a nickname, restrict participation, investigate reported misuse and correct rankings. Generated aliases are used until a custom name is approved. Report concerns to support@investbloom.app.

Rankings are based on member-entered records, not independently verified brokerage accounts. They are not investment recommendations, certification of performance, a competition for prizes or an invitation to copy trades. Differences in portfolio size, timing, risk and completeness can materially affect rank. Participation and withdrawal are available within the leaderboard.
